Porter has proven to be a handful for anyone at the top level, and Brook managed to not only outbox him at times but also show his resolute toughness and hang in and fight Porter at his own game when necessary; all on away soil too. It should have been the start of a glorious title reign for Kell who snatched Porter’s IBF 147-pound crown.
